I am Evil Homer
How does rallying work? does it take a certain number of turns during action for a nearby leader to rally a broken/routed squad or is it randomly determined like a die roll each turn? Or am I totally wrong?

But, if they are routed/broken in a battle they will never be much good to you after that,... cannon fodder perhaps. KC
Bone_Vulture
Company / battalion leaders with a morale bonus are worth gold, since they can rally troops that have routed and fled back from the front. And remember: unless the HQ team is at least a veteran, attempting to rally broken/routed troops without a morale bonus will take aeons.
