novi
Simply put: Where can I find the best mods for CMBB (all kinds), and scenarios? Preferrably zipped. A bit short for a first post, but it's to the point. Right?
Leprechaun
http://www.cmmods.com/web/CMMods.nsf have a bunch of scenarios under the heading salvaged scenarios and is also the best place to find mods. Can also pick up some hard to find mods at http://www.combatmission.com/mods/newmods.html A few more excellent sites for scenarios: http://www.the-scenario-depot.com/ http://www.the-proving-grounds.com/ [ January 06, 2008, 10:49 AM: Message edited by: Leprechaun ]

Good desingers to look for are MikeyD vehicles terrain UncleTgt vehicles Andrew infantry Pat terrain trenches Zimorodok vehicles sdog trees Vincent splash screens DEY anything with snow GAJ terrain RocketMan hi-res terrain and of course my only mod "Low visibilty mystery vehicle"! Get rid of that stupid question mark on the roof. cheers

BeauCoupDinkyDau
Purdy... Making CM "look" the way you want it can be just as much fun as playing it!
WineCape
Yes, Tarkus' Dark Steel Interface user interface mod, aka Total Conversion Set for CMBB @ www.cmmods.com is for me pure class. See also Tarkus' Icon Pack He also made an Original portraits patch - a patch for both CMBB/CMAK for those who prefer the original portraits, but still want to keep the Total Conversion Set Interfaces. And may I add CMAK's Dirty Olive & Dirty Olive Option Pack by the same classy author.. BeauCoupDinkyDau
Fully agreed, Winecape. Although I like the BFC default unit pics myself (don't like the B&W stuff). Tarkus's interface ROCKS!
BeauCoupDinkyDau
Hey, does anyone know if there are some alternate buttons for Tarkus's interface menu buttons for CMAK? What I mean is he uses two--I guess you could call them--"non-standard" buttons for 'Load PBEM' and 'Connect to tcp/ip' in the CMAK interface. They're mirror images of the background splash screen that comes with the mod kit rather than the standard buttons that come with the CMBB version. Anyone?
Der Alte Fritz
Now if you are talking CMAK I prefer Vossie's User Interface or there is another which converts CMAK UI to the CMBB UI in case you hanker after the good ol' days. cheers

BeauCoupDinkyDau
LOL You'd think I just would have went to the source to begin with, huh? Email sent. I'll let ya'll know what he says when I get it back. Edit- He says he'll try to find them, or possibly make them if he has to. I'll keep you all posted. Hey George, Thanks for the link, BTW. I like those winter halftracks you've got. [ September 24, 2007, 07:15 AM: Message edited by: BeauCoupDinkyDau ]
