tar Posted June 29, 2003 Share Posted June 29, 2003 You need to be behind it. If you are actually in (or on) the terrain, then you don't get the benefit. The benefit is somewhat limited, in that enemies located on higher ground can see and shoot over it. Also, the TacAI doesn't recognize these features as providing concealment or cover, so if one of your units behind a stone wall has its morale suffer, it will try to move away rather than drop down behind it.
