POLAND - Operation MOKRA 1939

On September 1st 1939, at 0500, the German Tenth Army of the Army Group South crossed the Polish border and initiated the invasion of Poland. German 31st Infantry Division, as well as 1st and 4th Panzer Divisions crossed the border in the operational sector of the Polish Volhynian cavalry brigade. After breaking through small detachments of the Border Guard and National Defense, the German units seized the towns of Krzepice and Starokrzepice, right in front of the main Polish positions.

4th Panzer Divisions under Generalmajor Reinhardt was one of the first to cross the border with Poland in the area of operations of the Army Group South. Immediately after entering the Polish territory the division was stopped by the Polish Volhynian Cavalry Brigade under Col. Julian Filipowicz and engaged in heavy fighting of the battle of Mokra. The German tanks proved to be inadequately armored and the Poles inflicted heavy casualties on the Germans and repulsed most of their units, which lost roughly 160 armored fighting vehicles in the battle (between 70 and 100 of them being tanks), mostly to Polish-made Bofors 37 mm anti-tank artillery and Kb ppanc wz.35 anti-tank rifles.

Why U can not download it from our site? Swith site language in to englih and should not be any problem. I just have done it. It works.

I have done operation quite time ago i released it when I saw yours mod. Toghether works exellent.

I have one question. U mode also finns as polish troops. Can U advice me how play finns as allied side?

Scenarios FALL WEISS : Germany vs Poland

Polish are Soviet vs German, parametres switched South early 1941(I modded Pz 35 instead R2 and the Romanian crew is wearing the shutzmütze, so we can have now on the same battlefield Pz38t and Pz35t). Russian vehicles used as Polish : ba20 as wz 34, t37,38,40 as tk3, tks and t26m31 as 7tp dual turret.( I see if I can include bt5 as 10tp).

Scenarios Soviet vs Poland

Finns must be Polish vs Soviet Naval infantry(other Soviet units share same bmp's uniform), with parametres switched on Finland early 1941, it is the best way I've found to have the most Polish armoured, uniform & small arms (10 motorized cavalry brigade is wearing the German helmet model 1916). Finns vehicles used as Polish : Vickers E as 7tp single turret, ba20 as wz34, t37,38,40 as tk3 & tks.

About Wav files,

I done a permutation(renumbered) with the Sovietn voices & Polish voices ( just a little problem with scenarios Soviet vs Polish, Soviet speak Polish now ), Finn voice changed by Polish voices, and Romanian voices changed by German voices 'cause I used R2 as Pz35t.

Now it makes perfect sense. We can pay russians back . If I were U I would forget 10TP and made more work on 7TP (with 37mm bofors gun), which was primary polish fighting tank.

And suggest also moding T60 (20mm gun) as polish TK3 also armed with 20mm gun.

Well, I used Romanians 37mm bofors gun an machine guns as polish which were same or similar. They took over a lot of polish arms after 1939 or bought it before war. See PZL 37 Moose also included CMBB as Romanian palne.

Let me know how Mokra Operation is playing.
