Panzertruppe
I have been downloading some "mods" from Combat Mission HQ. I have had no problem when I just unzip the files into my BMP folder. I downloaded a JPZ IV mod and found the file in the bmp folder but not unzipped. I opened the mod folder and found both "bmp" files and "Jpeg" files? I'm lost. Do I manually put the bmp files in the bmp folders?....and what do I do with the jpeg files? Sorry I'm new to this modding stuff. Thanks
Björn Eriksson
Simply put the BMP files in your BMP folder. The JPG files are probably just screenshots of the mod.
jdmorse
yep, bmp's manually into the BMP folder. The jpg's are put there by some modders to give you a image of what the mod looks like in game. Those you can throw away. Or save and collect and trade them with your friends One day, in the not so distant future you too will be a Mod-Slut™. Abandon hope. MikeyD
Who's mod was it? Shatter? Tracer? Canon? I'd suggest first backing-up the default game art just in case, then trying just the bmp files.
