You go to QB - select the parameters in the 1st 2 pages as per normal: Region; Axis and Allied parameters etc etc - when you get to the 3rd page: 'Map Type' you ignore the map parameters there and look to the top right where you have "Load From File" - click and import the map - and bob's your uncle!
