Lane Posted March 3, 2003 Share Posted March 3, 2003 I have been using a map called Poljegorod AX Pr. From map pack 2 to set up My First battle BCR 1941 Campaign. Nice map. What is Landmarks Trakter Station,? SWCH Poljegorod? I am on hill 244 and Russians Have 247.5 and the area for our battle. Why this area? History? something happend here.? If you read my translation in the Mapmaking suggestions you will realize that Ukraine is the granery of the USSR and the Traktor station, a sort of machineshop is one of the larger buildings which is a coomon landmark. The other one which is also comon- look at the pictures of Stalingrad- is the gigantic granerys but this building is not yet moded.
