Land + Sea Tiles

I originally posted this in the scenarios and mods forum, but it is probably more appropriate over here. There are four Land + Sea tiles available, both land units and sea units can use these tiles. There are several issues with these tiles I am trying to resolve:

-You cannot place anything from the resources and terrain layers on to these tiles. Is there a way to do this, or add this feature in to the editor? For example a city or port placed on one of these tiles.

-The movement cost for both land and sea units are doubled through these tiles, can these be made so it can be adjusted in the editor?

-If a Convoy Event is traced through one of these Land + Sea tiles, and a Land unit occupies the “strait”, it does not block the Convoy. Does this make sense?

Also, I noticed that any kind of event scripted using these Land + Sea tiles for example: convoy source/destination/way-points tiles or naval loops start/finish tiles, it does not recognize the tiles and the event errors. I am not sure if you try other types Event scripts with these tiles if you run in to the same type of problem.

These tiles have good potential and flexibility for scenario design, but you can’t design anything on top of them, or use them in events.
