Thin Red Line
When choosing a scenario, i'm always influenced by the title . If it sounds promising or evocative, i generally give it a try. It is somehow difficult to be attracted by the " Polishiskovko v1.05 " kind of scenario title. Best titles i've found so far : Regiment Dies Ten Times Our backs to the Volga Crown of Thorns Danuble Blues In scenarios a good packaging is fundamental too .
Sergei
Yes, a good title attracts your eyes so that you'll at least check out the description, possibly leading to downloading it. Remember AIDA... Attraction, Interest, Desire, Action.
xerxes
"A morning at the zoo" "Ghosts of Radziechow" "Dead Ground and Rye" All very intriguing titles (and good battles to boot)
Sgt. Schultz
I just finished making a partisan attack on german convoys in the fog scenario, and couldn't resist the temptation ... "Guerillas In The Mist"

eichenbaum
I do prefer the mission names in their orginal language. The names you prefer do sound at bit too American (unless you play the Allied side in CMBO only). It's almost you're saying "Desert Storm" or "Iraqui Freedom" The name Polishiskovko sounds good to me, you could leave the "v1.05" out.
