Although this is just a guess, you could try renaming cdemo.exe to cdemo.zip and then try unzipping it. After the 8th time, (yes 8 times at 28.8=2.5 hours per=20 fricken hours of downloading) it worked just fine.. installed etc.... no clue why, nuthing done differently,, same size file numbers..... sigh,, but yup looks great...
