Capt Canuck
Are there any other 14 year old WW2 gaming enthusiasts, other then lonely me? Are there any other 14 year olds who would rather read Stephen Ambrose of John Keegan, then to lift a page of Harry Potter? Or watch History of War Thurdays on History Television? Religiously? Or read about Tank Tactics, and Infantry Startegies of World War Two? Are there any other 14 year olds who have thir own collection of Cornelieus Ryan, Stephen Ambrose, John Keegan books, that stretch 13 feet in length? Or is learning German so he can read authentic German Field Manuals? Or to his Mothers dismay, saved the entire 'Surrender of Germany' documents, on the computer? Are there any other 14 year olds who want to take up World War Two History, not only as a hobby, but as a career? I guess not every 14 year old had such an interesting father, a father who fought in WW2, in the Italian Army, from 1934 to 1943. Thank you BTS for making such a exquisit game,... Finally I have found my new home! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Sincerely, Capt Canuck
joeski
I'm not 14 but after I loose I tell my opponent I'm 9. Seriously I got into SWG around 16 so 14 years so far. You'll probably replying to a question like this in 16 years and have a lot more to say than me. ------------------ "If you're in a war, instead of throwing a hand grenade at the enemy, throw one of those small pumpkins. Maybe it'll make everyone think how stupid war is, and while they are thinking, you can throw a real grenade at them." - Jack Handey

Juju
A couple. I used to be one, to a certain degree. Although I didn't go as far as learning to speak German to read field manuals. . No need really, since I'm half German anyway. My father didn't fight in WWII, he was born in 1943. Sadly I didn't get to know his father (my grandfather) at all. He was MIA on the eastern-front (I know, a broad term), and later declared dead. All my German relatives claim to know nothing whatsoever about him. I always found that a little odd, really... Anyway, welcome to the board Capt Canuck! Pull up a chair, make yourself comfortable. ------------------ I prefer an enemy who's willing to die for his country. That way both him and me have the same aim in mind.
