I have partaken heavily of the mods on MadMatt's site, and unless I am an idiot (which is certainly possible)I didn't see anything of the sort. I would certainly appreciate a link to any such mods. Thanks in advance.

Olduvai, I don't believe there are weather mods per se. However, there are mods for skies being developed. Check out my thread "This will take your breath away"
