Type2 Mapfile naming scheme

Things get complicated when you try to produce a single file in a format that can be recognized and processed by both the Mac and Windows versions of the game engine and both the Mac and Windows versions of the map tool.

Also, most users prefer that when a running program needs a specific support file that the program try to find and load that file automatically before asking the user to locate it manually. That convenience requires that a naming convention be used.
