Unable to play game- license error 11

I just got a new computer, and lost all my files from my last one, so I reinstalled CMA, but I am unable to use the license key I had saying I already used it. Is there any way for me to get another key or something?

Error 11 means you're out of activations. Send me a PM with the key and i will reset it.
