Login never working !How to join two accounts in one mail adress ? How instal dlc into my game in pc ?

Due to a completely non-functioning login, I were forced to make another registration.

So I have the same email. I have two different functional registrations on that email.

 

How to put them in ONE?, HOW TO MAKE THEM ONLY? ....ONE...ONLY ONE ?

As a result that I could never log in. Simply because I could no longer log in to the first account. I bought a game for one acount and dlc for second account. (Both on the same mail adress)

how do i install my new dlc in the game on my computer now?

Just for example :

I have the game code on the email. However, nowhere in the game do I see where to enter it? Where should I put the code for the new dlc? I want join together it into a game on my computer.

Or is it possible to return the money? And I'll buy(dlc) it again with the first original account. And delete second account from my pc.

So I would have everything under one account.
