The Soviet army will wear a shorter greatcoat after 43 years. But I don't know how to change the model, so I tried to change the 24 bit BMP texture file. After many failures, the flame image in the game inspired me. I found that it use the 32-bit BMP texture file with alpha channel. So in its way, I also introduced alpha channel into the greatcoat's texture file to cover the longer part. succeed! I wanted to share it because I'm in the process of changing my own uniform and it's going to take some time to finish sharing, but I'm sure there will be other people who have done a better job with their uniform mod.
