The +2 on the Bottom Right means Motivation and Skill the +2 on the Top Left means influence and leadership. A conscript who was a State Champion representing his local Gun Club, is not going to shoot any better or worse under a +2 or a -2 leader. The Veteran -2 leader may advise him to stay alive. Our Hawkeyes Conscript is going to shoot less often now his targets are shooting back.
