Lost as how to get my games back and upto v4?

I go all the way back to the CMBO days.  I have spent a few years in the ancient world, but am missing the sound of an HMG 42.  I just created the following ticket.

I had these installed under Win7.  I never uninstalled or deactivated my license.  I later reformatted and installed Win10.

I would like to purchase the Big Bundle CM Engine 4 upgrade.

Given the situation described above, how to I get my four games to v4?  (Purchase?, Installation?, License?)

Will the Big Bundle for CMv4 come with a generic PDF manual?
