jsch
Hi, Just downloaded and installed CMSF 1. Sophos Home(protection) comes with the following warning: Potentially unwanted application detected This application is not malicious but has potentially unwanted behavior and has been quarantined Games\Battlefront\CMSF\Misc\Battlefront.com.exe What's that about?
Combatintman
A lot of anti-virus programs quarantine CMSF. When I used Norton, it regularly quarantined all of the modules - it shouldn't be anything to be worried about but I'm sure someone else will roll up and confirm this. I suspect the flag is due to the licensing system in CMSF 1.
Schrullenhaft
I believe the 'Battlefront.com.exe' file is an installer for some Battlefront toolbars (within browsers). The digital certificate is expired (2009) and that is possibly tripping the security software. I've never utilized the toolbars myself, so this can probably remained quarantined. If other executables get quarantined, then you'll need to add 'exceptions' for them. I'm not sure how to do that with Sophos, but this article may help.
