exsonic01
I'm not sure if this topic has been discussed or not. If it is repeating post than please move this post to proper thread. Stryker with 30mm autocannon is already issued to US army from last year. https://www.dvidshub.net/news/257951/2cr-receives-first-30mm-stryker-europe Plus, Javelin Strykers are under initial fielding process, and more numbers will be fielded 2020 and later. https://www.armytimes.com/news/your-army/2018/08/31/no-more-exposure-this-forward-unit-is-getting-an-upgrade-that-lets-strykers-fire-missiles-remotely/ If are there any plan for CMBS2 or next module of CMBS, can we expect those? They are already issued to field units. Edited September 16, 2018 by exsonic01
IanL
Possible but unlikely. Since the time line for the game is now in the past and that new gear is just arriving now.
Sgt.Squarehead
I'd love to see a vehicle pack for this game, including a few 'future' types (we do already have the Oplot, T-90AM & Abrams APS after all).....Flexibility is what makes these games so special, let's face it, how many of us only play 'official BF storyline scenarios'? I'd guess that would be just about nobody. Edited September 17, 2018 by Sgt.Squarehead
DerKommissar
It's good to see the stryker family expanding. I want USMC with their LAVs and AAVs in BS, though. No marines/naval infantry in Black SEA? 1! 2! 3! 4! I love Marine Corps! VMF or VDV could also be a good counter.

However before getting a alternate futures pack I'd prefer additional nationalities. That would make for a better sandbox.
John Kettler
Didn't know that. Any vetronics and FCS upgrades? If you want to get lots of AFVs into a C-17, here's how. If we built new ones, though, they'd probably cost a million bucks each! http://www.tanks-encyclopedia.com/coldwar/West_Germany/Wiesel_AWC.php Regards, John Kettler
MikeyD
What 30mm round is that? I would expect the NATO standard 30x173mm.

Kongsberg MCT-30mm Weapon System has more info, here: http://fighting-vehicles.com/protector-mct-30/ It uses the XM813 30mm Mk44 Bushmaster chain-gun (red letters because I copied a link, which was mis-directed, and I cannot undo the red). Info on the gun is here: https://ipfs.io/ipfs/QmXoypizjW3WknFiJnKLwHCnL72vedxjQkDDP1mXWo6uco/wiki/Mk44_Bushmaster_II.html Short answer? Yes, it uses 30x173.
