Other than the EOD and maybe HAZMAT and ATF teams, no one would be allowed within, say, a mile of the proceedings before the all clear is given. Would imagine the explosive ordnance wouldn't be removed but blown in place, spoiling the tank restoration plans permanently! Can anyone translate the song? P.S.
