John Kettler
What we do virtually, this is what the same thing looks like when done by the pros for combat with 15 mm scale miniatures. Absolutely had to share this. Regards, John Kettler
Warts 'n' all
That is pretty impressive, obviously took a lot of work. The first time I went to Arnhem it was with an old girlfriend's brother-in-law, poor bloke suffered from vertigo and didn't join me on my walk across the bridge.
Jock Tamson
Impressive although I think 6mm works better for WW2 Edited February 22, 2017 by Jock Tamson
John Kettler
Warts 'n' All, Lucky you! Would love to do something like that. Jock Tamson, I agree, but for me, 15 mm, visual acuity issues (vision not correctable to 20/20 anymore) notwithstanding, would be nice, but I'm stuck with 28 mm because that's the scale my brother Ed, who lives one major city away from me, had already bought. He has Russians, so I wound up with Germans so we could fight in Bolt Action. Regards, John Kettler
Erwin
Wish they'd shown pics of the models. Love the painted miniatures when done well. I bought and entire Brit 1944 Armored Div - all painted and mounted on magnetic bases - many years ago. After CM came out been stored safely untouched. Still got em somewhere.

I always walk to the Airborne Museum in Oosterbeek, then return to Arnhem via the Cemetery before rounding off my trip in a bar not far from the bridge. Incidentally, there is a famous picture of The Beatles taken in the cemetery on their way to Hamburg in the early days.
