I cant really find anything going into depth on what the different weather condition features are and how they influence or impact the game. So falling snow, fog, mist and rain will lessen visibility range (and not bring air support!). And associated ground conditions like muddy and deep snow will hamper movement and lead to a quickening of exhaustion rates for ground troops.
