Is anyone else experiencing rain that constantly stops, then restarts for 3-4 seconds, then stops, ad infinitum? cool breeze Posted April 15, 2016 Share Posted April 15, 2016 (edited) Yeah, I know well from my time playing tcp/ip and having to alt tab to steam to chat with my friend and coordinate the game starting, that CM is not always the most alt tab friendly game.
