Battlefront Support

I am looking forward to buy 2 copies of one title (CM: Red Thunder) - one for myself and one for my friend. Because the actual online purchasing system is not allowing to buy 2 copies of one game from 1 account (and send 1 copy as a gift to another account), I asked Battlefront support. I tried to reach them via helpdesk@battlefront.com, but I have recieved "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" response 3 days after that. I have tried to fill the "Contact Us" form on the website and 3 days later, another "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" response.


Is the Battlefront customer service existing? I am concerned especially when I am told to ask Battlefront support if I run out of my "activations".
