agusto
Will there be fire, either in the form of flame throwers and/or burning trees/houses/etc?
ChrisND
Definitely no flame throwers. They are not a very practical weapon in this day and age (were they ever?). There's the usual smoldering terrain fires from explosions and small arms that has been seen in the last couple of CM releases, but no further expansion on fire has been done for Black Sea.

Mord
Yeah, they are good indicator of what is to come. To give you an idea of how much BFC pays attention to details, I was messing around testing some stuff one day and I noticed that this T70 that had been hit started to smoke. It went on for quite a while, to the point where I thought there might be a bug 'cause there was no fire, just little puffs that became bigger puffs. Then right at the end of this one turn the tank had little flames just pop up. It must've smoldered for at least two turns before it finally caught fire. I thought that was pretty kickass. I'd never seen that happen before...at least not take that long. Mord.

GAZ NZ
There were lots of reports of Ukraine using incenderies - phosphorous in a couple of cities. Not sure if it was accurate. I would have thought this might have been shown in game. Yep flamethrowers are a bit outdated lol
John Kettler
ChrisND, What about RPO-Z as a Schmel projectile? http://world.guns.ru/grenade/rus/rpo-a-shmel-e.html Regards, John Kettler
TacKLed
Ukraine did use incendiary artillery fire. There is footage on Youtube of it. I don't know the legality of it, but there is proof. And I think we are little pass the flamethrower stage of warfare lol.

George MC
Make the opening turn if a CMBS PBEM game easy - hit the large red button in-game that says "NUKKEM!" and your opponent's force is obliterated. No need to get involved in all that complicated tactics crap.
