Stephan Posted May 4, 1999 Share Posted May 4, 1999 I have seen a little about it. It looks like a cross between RTS (in the loosest sense of the term) and turn-based strategy. You contol you armies at the operational level, moving them around Europe (Paris to Prussia) and then fight any conflicts at the tactical level. It looks kind of like Shogun.
