Three (3) issues are available. Issue Two focuses specifically on the Normandy Campaign. His website (google "The Tactical Wargamer - its a commercial site) offers these for sale in both hardcopy (expensive) and PDF (affordable). I'm not familiar with any of his work. What do all ya'll think? How good is Issue Two?
