lofty12 Posted June 15, 2014 Share Posted June 15, 2014 in my current Russian game its 1942 and I currently have 3 fighter units with 2 in the build queue and yet the production screen says I have 7 and am unable to build any more. where are the other 2 units and why is Russia limited to building such a tiny airforce? Bill101 Posted June 16, 2014 Share Posted June 16, 2014 Hi Lofty12 The maximum production numbers are designed to be proportionate to other countries, and also to the numbers of other unit types attainable, while also not being excessive so as to keep the game flowing nicely. So while the USSR has a build limit of 5, the USA's is 6, Germany's 7 and the UK's 4. Added together, even if the USA and UK deploy say half against Japan, Germany will not have a significant advantage in the European Theatre (all other things being equal) and in fact when the Allies have produced their maximum numbers, Germany will be at a disadvantage.
