Dave Posted August 25, 1999 Share Posted August 25, 1999 I know that there will be a scenario/map editor with CM, but will there be a scenario generator? Can CM be given a set of parameters (late 1944, US attack, etc.) and then create a scenario for me to play? Or will I have to either play the scenarios that come with it, create my own (doing both sides), or import scenarios created by others? Also, will there be training scenarios included with CM? Not sure about all the details on it, or whether it will have all the flexibility (i.e. what parameters can be set, etc.) you describe though. Each one will explore a different kind of combat. For example, taking a bridge, fighting down a road in the woods, doing a river crossing, using artillery, etc. We have no final list, but are going to have lots of these with the shipping version, and I am sure more will be made available after release.
