Tactical Wargamer Posted January 11, 2014 Share Posted January 11, 2014 Done it several times over the years can't seem to get access to the most recent ticket. I have sent in over 2 weeks ago. When I ask for new ID all I get is a new password. How does one get a new user name for the help desk. Since I use the help like once every 5 years I don't seem to have my correct login info. Boy will save this one for sure .....when I get it that is. Checked my email I used to send to battlefront don't see any junk mail issues? Using outlook 2013 not sure if it has any new features that I am unaware of.....
