Guest Big Time Software
No to AppleTalk, but TCP/IP ethernet *should* work. I've never set up a local TCP/IP mac LAN, but I think it should be pretty easy to do if you have the cables and dongles (I think the G3s don't need the latter). Anybody know how to do this? Ben Galanti
Woo hoo, time to plug my web page wcic.cioe.com/~galanti . It's actually for setting up a direct connection between a Mac and PC using TCP/IP and an ethernet crossover cable. If you have two Macs (or two PC's for that matter) you could just set them up similarily. Or, if you feel like spending a little more cash, you could buy a Ethernet hub and not have to worry about crossover cables...
