ssn767 Posted May 5, 2013 Share Posted May 5, 2013 I've recently did a installation of Windows 8 from Vista and finally got around to reinstalling Global Conflict. Everything loaded fine but when I go to play a game I get this error message just after clicking on the first message of the game: "FAILED(draw_map_to_screen): Segmentation violation" When I click on this error message the game pauses for a few seconds, then shuts down. Hubert Cater Posted May 7, 2013 Share Posted May 7, 2013 Hi ssn767, Can you try running the game in Windowed mode and not Full Screen as this should resolve the issue for you.
