Elxaime Posted June 3, 2012 Share Posted June 3, 2012 I have run into a game-breaking problem in a PBEM I am in as Allies. We are using V. 1.01. I have US Carriers with full air groups near Rabaul as part of my big fleet. The Japanese have just launched a naval attack and there are lots of juicy targets. Two of my four carrier groups are in naval/tactical and the other two are on escort. CAP is set to auto on all of them. A few of the Japanese ships are in rain but the rest, including all of their carriers, are in clear weather. I have the US at air warfare 2 and long range aircraft 1. All of the Japanese are in range. But none of my carriers will attack! My surface units can attack fine. But none of my carriers will target any Japanese! This is the first time in the game I have tried to use the US carriers to attack, so I had not experienced this before. The UK carriers seem to be attacking fine. It is almost as if the US carriers don't recognize the Japanese as enemies. I tried attaching the file but even the .zip file exceeds the file size limit.
