david12345 Posted April 4, 2012 Share Posted April 4, 2012 They must be by a port, then right click and select transport. Amphib transport is different. It cost more and will allow them to land in any tile, even enemy. Transport must go to a friendly port. then right click again and unload. They can move 1 tile after unloading.
