SS and LW Uniforms from CMBN Mods

From the various CMBN uniform mods, there are SS and LW uniforms that should should work with CW.

All it needs is to change the name(s).

Can anybody please help ??

You have to name the texture files like this: german-uniform-waffenss-ankle-boots 2, with the number in the end being any number greater than 1.

For LW: german-luftwaffe-cammo-uniform 3 (greater or equal 3).

Yes, they will work- rename the Heer mods to be Waffen SS (for example) by changing the name to: "german-uniform-waffenss-ankle-boots".

To have a variety of these, leave a space after the name and then number consecutively.

I'm not having any success using this to mod the Luftwaffe units. Could someone specify the exact names to change the various CMBN uniform mods (officer, m43 uniform, m42 helmet etc) to make them work for the Luftwaffe Field Division models?

If you want additional just explode the Normandy v110 Commonwealth.brz with the Mod Tools. There you can find all the desired names for your files.

Yep, even a total hack like me can coax out some decent results by using this very simple method.

Here's a quick shot of a Waffen SS LMG Team taking up a position...

I chopped up some existing mods, combined them with a set of tweaked stock .bmp's and renamed them accordingly. I now have SS Panzer Grenadier squads togging around in all manner of dress...

• Camouflage upper/M43 lower (seen above)
  
• Camouflage lower/M43 upper
  
• Full M43 (seen above - I slapped on a few SS insignias to give 'em an extra dash o' Nazi)
  
• Full Camouflage
  
• Coverless and camouflage cover helmets

I would post a shot of the other combinations, however the bulk of the squad pictured above is presently located in tall grass ducking mortar rounds...

Would love to get that as a mod if you have it in a single folder. Would save a LOT of time.
