Grim.Reaper
Sorry guys if this is stated somewhere, but searched a bit and could not readily find the answer. I was going to uninstall and reinstall the game on the same PC. Does this process use up an activation? Or no, because it is the same machine with the same hardware? Thanks!

If you kept the same hardware and operating system, you should not be asked for an activation.
Mord
Yep, I just reformatted my main hardrive (have two) today and reinstalled CMBN and it didn't ask me for a license key....so you should be good to go. Mord.

Schrullenhaft
Uh... if you "reformat" your operating system (boot) hard drive, then you WILL get asked to activate the license key again. Certain hardware changes (different motherboard, CPU, etc.) may also trip the activation system and request another activation.
LJFHutch
A motherboard certainly would, but I just put in a new GPU and it was fine with it.

It must be recognizing me from the second hard drive then...luckily for me I have it 'cause I lost my WinXP key when I got my comp fixed and I have to reformat every 30 days...I would've blown my license wad by now.
