Now you put it like that Ian I can see the issue. If I zoom to 200% on the home page I get the hamburger. Within the hamburger there is no Community burger. Of course I would not normally zoom to 200% but that's not the point.

Even on maximum hamburger, I still get the link to the forum. It's painful to look at but it works. Maybe I'm missing the point here?

I've heard talk of the IR-equipped Panther, but that it was 'put on the back burner' so to speak. Not sure what else might be candidates unless we're in the realms of World of Tanks what-ifs...

R U sure it wasn't 4 engines and other wing mounted nacelles or whatever? That has always been the conclusion in this interesting thread and elsewhere. As for type of engine, I now regularly have the A400M Atlas https://www.raf.mod.uk/aircraft/atlas-c1-a400m/ flying overhead with 4 turboprops and there's no mistaking the noise. I like it.

Many thanks George. Just reading the pdf has reminded me of various things I 'knew' but have been bad at implementing (recent PBEMs confirm this).

My recent Win 11 laptop didn't come with BitLocker so I'm not sure it's a standard feature? It did come with 'Onedrive' which wanted to back up every single thing on my laptop in the cloud, but only has 5 GB of free storage and kept alerting me that I 'needed' to buy more. Disabled that and uninstalled, much better now. Just need to remember to backup in a different way... Otherwise Win 11 just seems to be the usual exercise of 'let's change the UI and let people guess where the things they use might now be' .
