    There might still be some things we can do to speed up loading, but a while back we did optimize to take advantage of new methods and capabilities, therefore it is possible things are as fast as they can be for a given system.  It is one of the things we're looking into.

    well, no lol not really. its your mod..lol you tell me .if the windows aren't on the buildings that look like pillars no one can see out...so its just for the visual effect etc  yes??

    Think some is @kohlenklau and the other...IDK. Can´t remember where I´d downloaded from and I tend to rename as well as remove unneeded things like text files and such. So it´s not original zips.

    I don't think this is it, as i have the m43 hat mod etc, and am happy as is it, the picture i refer to seems a more all in one type mod typical with uniforms etc as everything seems improved etc.

    Incidentally Bubba, if you want to find anything on the forum, don't rely on the search engine. Google can do a quicker, more accurate search every time just go to Google and type this in the search field:

    Replacing Gebirgsjäger with your search term.

    Even shows forum pics in the images tab which is how I found what you were looking for.

    Did you try it? Most of these shaders will have some effect across all the games. If it doesn't do what it says on the tin, then it probably needs an update but ultimately it could work or at least a newer version would work.

    If you are PC based have you tried ReShade. It excels at this type of effect.

    i did play with reshade but thoought a mod for this exact thing, changing the movie mod would be simpler and better , well maybe not better, but alot simpler

    I live in Cambridgeshire, and often (when at least on a raised hill area, we do have some) I look out into the distance and ponder the view point from armour/anit tank gun engagements and think just how much of a nightmare they really must have been in battles like hill 212. or how much of a logistical pain the fenlands would've been in the event the Germans operation sea lion did get on shore.

    then, the mind kicks in and I end up talking to one self muttering strategy etc and forces, lol...
