You could try the first 'pre-mission' for a fun artillery experience .
Given how bad I seem to be with off-board artillery (and it isn't just me who says that, @cbennett88 you know who I'm referring to ) I think I did surprisingly well at this.
I actually played it! Took out 81 Germans with the long tom before I valiantly went down

Thanks for the replies, y'all! Yeah, I might hold off on this campaign if it's still under the knife. Love that you make campaigns for unique units like the Buffalo Division though!\
I'll try the Garfagnana campaign instead

@Malaspina is your man for this, although I have a copy that he sent me if need be. To my enduring shame (sorry Enrico!) I didn't get much game time on it, but what I did see looked great (I played mission 0 which was a pretty unique experience , and part of 1 but why didn't I finish it, who knows?). I think I'm seeing a theme with myself there .
Mind sending it to me? I'd like to try this one out

this still available?

All quiet on the western front...

The M44 uniform variant for the Germans is missing from the near-end of war "Standard" appearance for Wehrmacht and Waffen-SS
Here is a pic of it in CMRT :
It is frankly astonishing how much stuff was not ported over from the other games with 1945 end dates. Trust me I am glad that the release was made but this makes it seem like this expansion was rushed out with low QA. And for what should be the magnum opus of the late WW2 modules no less.
The new formations added need a do-over to get them consistent with the other games in my opinion.
100 percent agree. It seems like an obvious oversight to us the consumer but I'm sure there is a rhyme and a reason; yours probably being the correct one

I want North Africa more than any other theater. Instant buy for me.

Interesting on the comments about the jpiv's. I just played the second round of chaumont and was impressed by their spotting.

My hope is North Africa, 1942. They already have the desert assets, there are famous battles, popular generals and noteworthy divisions. It also plays to the engine's strength's (tank warfare.) This could be expanded with the American Op Torch Landings all the way to the fall of Tunis and thus Fortress Italy. It's a perfect fit!
I could also see a Finnish Continuation War Module for CMRT, but that would be A LOT of forest battles. Also, perhaps Battle for France 1940, but I've heard Steve say that early war wasn't viable.
But plz oh plz give us North Africa!

Possibly designed to activate after a new module is released (and purchased).
Oh I assumed downfall was it for FB?

I suppose I'm wondering why they were disabled!
-
Also, the panzergrenadier appearance is disabled for 45 as well. It seems all appearances have been disabled for german forces in 45.
-
The m44 is in the files but unused in 45. And you lose the appearance options in 1945 as well. Furthermore, the volksturm do not use the m43 cap at all even though its also in the files. Bug? Oversight?

Ugh! I can't wait to play this!

I found this game by accident, searching for "Star Wars Battlefront" in a Google search. I don't know how many hours I have clocked in, but as a WW2 history fanatic, nothing comes close.

Indeed, I have asked BF, if there was the possibility to give support without any financial interest. The result was: no reaction - but this is ok
At the moment, this Pack is like a start up = good potential with no finished product. So, now it is my turn to provide a finished product of high qualityRegards

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully it didn't cause him pain. Where did he serve?
Never heard him complain! He was a tail gunner on a B-24 Liberator in North Africa and Europe till the end of the war

Yeah, my grandfather had German shrapnel in his legs till his dying day. You could see the dark gray specks.
