  2. According to Steve Zaloga, spaced armor could even help to make hollow charges more effective because they worked better if they exploded a bit in front of the armor.
  3. Could it have been that "new" bug where one guy from the squad get stuck somewere else? Probably not considering there was a HT involved but just a thought
  4. Was it a MG or a mortar team? If so that is a known bug
  5. Yes, in CMBN there are different setups in the campagins wich is great for replayabiliy. Then BF got lazy so in CMFI and CMFB its the same everytime and that sucks.
  6. I tried that and it didnt make any diffrence. Also I found this in other campaign as well, not just Scottish corridor. In Courage and fortitude the first mission is fine with shaders on, but of in the next its off
  7. Im palying the Scottish corridor, and this seems to happend only to missions in this campaign and not the rest. Mabe it was like this before and I just diddn't noticed it
  8. After the update the game turns off shaders everytime I restart it. I have it enabled in the advanced option meny. Can anyone confirm this?

  10. ok but when I restart the mission the same teams consist of 5 to 6 men and can deploy as HMG So the question is if this is a random campaign feature simulating understrength units or a bug.
  11. Im playing the 2nd mission in the Courage conquer campaign for the 2nd time. This time all my MG teams are only 2 men. This mean they can only semideploy. Is this a bug or a feature where the team sizes are random everytime the mission starts?
  12. It does not resuply the 81 mm mortar ammo. I started the first mission fired off all the rounds, then quit by cease fire. In the next mission they were empty. It wasn't that hard to find out
  13. Yes, sometimes there is no problem at all, sometimes the problems start when they are ordered to face another direction.
  14. This seems to happen when the main gunner happends to share a "sandbagslot" with another guy in the same team.
  15. Im trying to fire with a MG team deployed in a sandbag fortification. The Mg team is just crawling around, trying to get in position but they never do. Same thing is happening when Im jusing a cover arc, they are crawling around trying turn the MG but cant. The issue seems to be that they can only set up in a specific direction, and they can fire in that direction but not in any other. They are deploying the MG in one direction even if I first use a cover arc in another direction. I haven't seen this beavior in Battle for Normandie, just Forces Italy Does this happen to somebody else or did I mess up my install?
  16. Ok I dont know how my original question became so confusing, but my explanation probably wasn't great. It was not "what to to do when a ammo bearer has spent all the ammo". The point was that I think it is strange that a ammo bearer WITH AMMO can't supply another mortar or MG if for example the mortar or MG in his section is taken out. He will then be "out of work" so to speak, even with ammo to carry. It is likely, considering the original question, that this was what Abbasid111 was referring to. Yes I realise that you can still use them for other things. I only wanted to know if this was I known thing, and if it is considered a bug or feature. Hope that made it a bit clearer.

  19. I've was playing school of hard knocks and noticed that the 81mm mortar ammo bearer from platoon3/section2 wont share ammo with a mortar from platoon3/section3 Surly that must be a bug? Can someone confirm this please?
  20. Yes, what you said about explosions and main guns. How do you mix sound mods, extract with rezexplode and using the wave files? What if I want to use waclaw's HQS2.5.brz and just change one or two gunsounds for example?
  21. Yes, and I think it is very good. I like JorgeMC:s sound mod just a litte bit more, but it is a close call
