  1. Yes it does, however it is not as gamebraking as in CMFI. In CMFI campaigns you are mostly attacking fortified defenders over open ground. In v3 you need alot of artillery to keep the defenders pinned or laying smokescreens. In v4 you can clear every foxhole with just a few mortar rounds, making the missions way to easy. Artillery is not as important in CMBN, however I still think v3 gives a much better gameplay.
  2. I asked Battlefront the same question. Here is the answer: To revert your games to the pre-4.0 version, install the last patch before the Upgrade was available. This will revert the game to the previous version. Here is what they are: CMBN: v3.12 CMFI: v1.12 CMFB: v1.02 CMRT: v1.03 It worked for CMBN, but not for CMFI. I had to reinstall it. I have not tried the other two.
  3. I asked support. They said the only thing I had to do to "downgrade" any of the titles, was to install the latest patch before the 4.0 uppgrade. It worked with CMBN and the 3.12 patch. It did not work with CMFI, I had to reinstall. I don't know how it is supposed to work if you just bought the pack. I bought my titles before the 4.0 patch
  4. Yes I agree 100%. I went back to 3.0 and the campaign is much more enjoyable
  5. Ok cool. Yes I bought the game as v2 and I have a link for V3 uppgrade
  6. Hi, Im not happy with v4.0 and want to go back to v3.0 Can I uninstall/deactivate it or do I have to reinstall everyting?
  7. This was the qoute I was going for 2 posts up. Dam I didnt bring my A-game to this thread.
  8. Ok yes that was it. It took two turns to blast through thats why I didn't think that was the reason, however they actually got started balsting the first turn.
  9. The first screenshot is the setup phase in the begining of the campaign. The engineers appers to have 6 charges. I gave them a quickorder followed by a blast order. In the second screenshot is the execution of the first order phase (the repaly), so it is right after I clicked on the red "go button". Here the engineers suddenly appers to have only have 3 charges. In the third screenshot I have clicked the red button a second time and the engineers have executed the blast command. They now appers to still have 3 charges. Maybe it is the Juju's interface mod that is the problem?
  10. I was going to tell you to try the first mission in the Courage Conquers campagin, when I found another strange bug. First they have 6 charges, next turn they only have 3, and after they blasts they still have 3 Edit: Ok I made the screenshot too small but you just have to trust me
  11. I have the updated version of The road to montebourg campaign, but I lost the original one. Can someone upload the original/default campaign to dropbox or something similar? Thx
  12. Yes but I didn't change it. The default when I installed CMFI is not the same as the default for 4.00
  13. I think that changed over time, my CMBN and FI were by default under one and CMRT and CMFB by default another
  14. Allso a heads up on the install. The default install directory was wrong so I had to change it manually to the right one. Usually patches and uppgrades finds the right one automatically so I almost missed that.
  15. Make sure you try the serial key for the 3.00 upgrade. The Serial key for the FI+GL or the 4.00 bundle did not work but the 3.00 upgrade did
  16. I found that a full team of engineers will use 2 Satchel Charges when using blast. If you split them before they will only use 1. Good to know as Satchel Charges are allways in short supply.
  17. This bug was probably introduced with the 4.0 upgrade because It is present it in CMBN also, but not in CMFI.
  18. Ok good. They were pretty traumatized after the mission. I was afraid they had deserted due to my poor leadership.
  19. In the first mission I hade 2 scout teams, very usefull. They are not there in mission 2a. Where did they go?
  20. Here is the same 2man team not semideploying and only using rifles. (many turns) Since you cant "tell" them to semideploy you have no controll over when they will use the MG or not
  21. No they are one of the starting 2man MG teams in the main campaign (2:n mission) so they are carrying a Browning from the start. Here is the same thing with a full size MG team in the same mission. If the MG is deployed and I issue a move order they will run with a visible gun, however other times it turns invisible
  22. Ok here is a 2man team. Not only is the MG not visible when they move, but sometimes they dont even semideploy the MG and only fire their rifles.
  23. Im I the only one that have MG teams with invicible Brownings untill they are deployed? Then they magically appear. In CMBN and CMFI they are visible while moving so why not here?
  24. Shouldn't the TSDlll version be updated to v4 since you have it in your dropbox or is v3 the one to use?
