Attempted to take Czechoslavakia without attacking! The events say the czechs are surrendering, but nothing happens. Every turn, thereafter, the events say they are surrendering, but again to no avail! I have also had problems with Poland not surrendering in a timely fashion. Even though most of their units were dead, and most of there cities captured.

I downloaded CBTS mod for SC WW1 Breakthrough. I can play the mod, but not customized! It tells me that it cannot find CBTS\campaign.ini! Also would it need to be in a specific place in the folder? Can anyone advise me on how to deal with this problem?
