Status as of now:
1. downloaded prgm.
2. installed prgm.
3. prgm does not render mouse indicator.
4. support contacted
5. updated video drivers from card mfg
6. downloaded patch.
7. installed patch (the one your site said would not cause registration problems)
8. registration problems of course prgm no longer boots
9. downloaded cleaner as instructed.
10 ran cleaner it asks for non existent folder.
11.support wants me to find a directory and sub directory with out using a search but do not specify location.
12.search returns location c: but sub-directory is faded icon that access attempt returns location not known.
8 th day and counting still haven't seen the game run
