I'm seeing this same error now, but for the CMBN and CMRT patches.

I just updated all five of my games and I didn't find it difficult at all with a printout of the forum instructions in hand. Unlike what I said above, I decided to just install the upgrades and not do full reinstalls of the games.

This is exactly the information I was looking for. Thanks, Elvis! I just downloaded all of Engine 4 installers and am planning to uninstall my old versions (at least BN and FI) and do a clean install of the latest versions. I'll also be doing fresh installs on a future gaming laptop sometime this year (fingers crossed).

With Fortress Italy it's not just installation that's a problem with Norton. Even after I had rescued the .exe file from quarantine after installation, Norton 360 v5.0 would swoop in and re-quarantine the file every time I'd try to run Fortress Italy. I finally figured out how to tell Norton to leave the .exe file alone, and now it works fine.

Actually, it's not clear to me if future purchasers of CMBN will receive the 2.0 version, or the 1.0 version and will still need to purchase the 2.0 upgrade separately. Did I miss that detail somewhere in the threads?
