Germany started attacking British cities and quit focusing on British military targets. This allowed Britain to win this particular battle. History seems to repeat itself.

This is bittersweet news. As long as Russian commanders are expending resources trying to kill Ukrainian civilians, those resources are not being used to take out strategic military targets. That’s the sweet part. The bitter part is, of course, more civilian Ukrainian targets are hit.

If it was a truck bomb, why would a truck loaded with explosives raise a flag? There's a war on! The video shows a lot of burning debris flying around, very indicative of an ammo explosion. Maybe even thermite? Just armchairing it.
