  1. Rambler is about to release his new weapons skins that include Lee-Enfield butt plates for CMBN, he tells us that it WILL BE May. I presume that these should be OK for Gustav. However LukeFF is absolutely correct, it totally winds me up to see such an unfinished piece of work. I just don't understand why this was never finished. Everything else looks pretty good, why spoil it with such an omission. PS I do not have the skill myself to do this of course
  2. Many thanks, the wait is excruciating, I hope it lasts. There were butt plates on the Lee Enfields weren't there? Please let it be true.
  3. That's good to hear, I suspect that these will be immediately suitable for Gustav as well
  4. I know I'm checking twice a day now. Ssd eh?
  5. I used to work with a chap who was a Royal Marine in Korea. They had a Turkish unit beside them. The Reds could not move them even when they drove tanks over them. He thought they were the hardest troops in Korea and he had been at the Choisin reservoir as well.
  6. Yes I would as well. As long as we had a Gangnam Style mod as well.
  7. Very apt. quite right that this be remembered this way
  8. No don't say that. We will need you more then ever with this new module. Your mods and rambler's weapon skins, what more could anyone want?
  9. That's great news. That Vickers looks stunning.
  10. Many thanks Rambler, as always much appreciated. I just hope they got you to do Gustav as well.
  11. Hello Rambler Any updates please? I'm wetting my shreddies in anticipation. The wait is excruciating, I hope it lasts.
  12. Rambler your work is much appreciated, many thanks.
  13. Just a quick question to Battlefront. Reports of fighting on the various massifs around Casino refer to how hard to impossible it was to dig foxholes and trenches on the rocky slopes. The Germans had time to blast some of these in though. But the Allies did not have that luxury under fire. Will it be your intention to produce a rocky sangar similar to the vee shaped sandbag wall? Apologies if this has already been mentioned.
  14. Huzza times three and a tiger. The drip drip drip approach always works
  15. Too right, everywhere we see fantastic detail except on the CW weapons which look as if they are drill purpose dummies. A strange omission Fingers crossed for The Gustav Line then.
  16. Great AAR many thanks Bill. Looks like a fully detailed SMLE as well, hooray!
  17. Yes they did, specifically in North Africa. But I'm not sure that the 1st Parachute Division who were dropped into Sicily would have worn that. They flew in from Southern France.
