Would like to add in non upgradeable units in naval classes. Or like CVL CB CL types with more focused limits. Or less tank or recon classes, or various less air types and modifications to research ability.

Str.Cmd.WW2 Is it possible to add in addtional UNIT types such as Light Tanks, Light Carriers, and Long Range Naval Float air units. Then also limit the ability to upgrade units, therefore making some obsolete and needing to be either scrapped, or used in a more supportive role. Like the CV(L) Hosho, useless as a real CV, but could say upgrade AC only 1 level. CB could be faster than BB. Can these type of changes be edited in? Light Tanks go faster, but less effective. Conscript Infantry, build faster, but less effective, more like a improved partisian.
