  1. TRP's are down in the southwest corner, try Alt-T and view with no trees. Yes, they are trying to basically destroy you and/or force you out of the hex. I think in that light purple you had several foxholes, an FO, an HQ a command team and some kubelwagens as well as the 4 tanks.
  2. @Marco2marzo T3A Forest Battle 002.ema is in the dropbox for axis to do his set up! Good luck comrade!
  3. @mirekm61 T3A Forest Battle 002.ema is in the dropbox for you to do your set up! Good luck soldier! You have 2 TRP's there somewhere to place as desired. But do not target attackers arrival zones. Follow rules for max diameter of the area target per number of mortars or guns. See earlier posts in this thread! You have the air mission arriving at start, Korps Heavy Artillery and 4x120mm mortars. One FO.
  4. I have a basic set of toys put together and could use some folks to just take it and try and have some fun and report back if it is fun. Here is a link to my youtube channel with has a few short video clips.... https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCL6SrQMb2qwa6voGJYVuTKg It is taking [snow] terrain files from CMFI GL and plopping them in your CMRT mods folder. If/when you make a map to use the CMRT Winter Mod, be advised that some map elements are not at all or are not so well carried over (flowers, certain bushes, trees). Then in the scenario editor you import a snow.txt modtag file with the word "snow" to summon forth the mod! I do have a simple, small allied attack mod test scenario written to play against the axis AI. So far I have 3 Soviet vehicles whitewashed. T-34, T-70 and Ba-64. More to come. Soviet infantry are in Telogreika quilted jackets up to the NCO level...atill working on gloves and officers Axis are in greatcoats and gloves but you must purchase them using "standard" appearance. Axis toys: I just have the Pak38 done so far and a kubelwagen. More to come as this rolls along. The goal is to offer up a fun little enjoyable mod that has some snow/winter effects while we wait for the real deal to show up..maybe 2017? If you are interested, PM me!
  5. I talked to the dealer and got a good price on the "Winter Sports Package". Heated seats, rear heater for passengers and these special tires!
  6. Hi Bil. I must have not spotted it if you said it. What is the date? Time of day? Weather report? Any air support? Though the screenshots look overcast and falling snow maybe your actual battle is different? The comic by Bud is set at 3 weeks after the start of the German offensive so I for one am bound to get confused. For CMFB Air Support is it the style that the aircraft enter the battle area and do their thing independently or are they vectored in to a specific target by FO?
  7. @Snols T3A Sapper Assault 002.ema is in the dropbox for axis to do his set up! Your 4 Sturmoviks will arrive at T=5 minutes. Good luck comrade!
  8. @Baneman T3A Sapper Assault 002.ema is in the dropbox for you to do your set up! Good luck soldier! You have 2 TRP's there somewhere to place as desired. But do not target attackers arrival zones. Follow rules for max diameter of the area target per number of mortars or guns. See earlier posts in this thread! You can sneak off your Opel Blitzes to the exit zone if you desire. But otherwise stay clear of it. Notify me right away if you accidentally beam somebody off the map!
  9. I think it is okay now. I see that I can easily go into dropbox and rename the file to fix this type issue in the future.
  10. I like CM Helper as it does the copying and moving of files for you. Good luck Greg!
  11. 2 dozen schwimmwagens each with a panzerschreck...COULD have been the right pick.....
  12. Not exactly dramatic. Just snow camo Red Army vehicles moving out to engage the Germans in the CMRT Winter Mod....
  13. Did a skype session with a forumite who wants to try modding! My son showed me how to share my screen... My layer mask process: 1. Open hull or turret bmp file. It is the background layer. 2. Duplicate that layer. This is background copy. Make it the active layer. 3. Images-adjustments-desaturate. 4. Images-adjustments-brightnes/contrast: A window opens, peg them both to the right max! Hit OK. 5. Create a new layer. layer 1. 6. Add a layer mask to this layer. 7. Go back to the background copy layer we did adjustments to. 8. Ctrl-A to select it all. You see the dashed line all around the perimeter. 9. Ctrl-C to copy it. 10. Now carefully hit Alt while left-clicking on the layer mask rectangle for layer 1. 11. You should see the image turn all white...Ctrl-V to paste into the layer mask. 12. Deactivate the background copy. 13. Left click on the layer rectangle for layer 1. You should now see you base image! 14. Pick a brush and color and opacity and start to apply paint to the tank. You should still see the welds and rivets and such details even as you apply the whitewash. Save early, save often! More soon!
  14. Alright, this is our maiden day. But already we are the best. Not just the Bil AAR but now a comic CAAR. We have a theme song by "Europe"... Lets pass CM Touch here as soon as possible with total posts but in a way that exudes quality and maturity!
  15. Dropbox was down for maintenance worldwide. Hey Greg, Please always use the Cider file name not with small c always with capital letter or it is not seen by CM helper I think.
  16. Good hunting Ian! <Cultural Reference Explained: USA Hollywood TV shows, early 1970's. "Sanford and Son": The comedian Redd Foxx played the junkman Fred G. Sanford, who often when faced with bad news or other issues, would clutch his chest, say it was the "big one" (heart attack), stagger back and forth and lament to heaven... "Elizabeth, I'm coming to join you, honey!"...>
  17. It goes with that song from the band "Europe" that Steve likes.... It's the fi-nal blitz-krieg...dun dun DUN DUN DUN DUN.. nuh nuh nuh nuh...nuh Maybe they will be live at the release party?
  18. 1. Were they a mustard yellow color or are those the ones they sent to the North Koreans? 2. Would the Red Army have actual green ones in WW2? 3. Did they have shoulderboards mounted for rank always, sometimes, never? 4. Did they wear their ribbons/medals/decorations on the Telogreika? Thanks!
  19. Looks like the BFC pack gave the US Army troops their backpacks back. Right? After a CMFI hiatus.... This cold weather in the comic makes me want to heat up some c-ration coffee over a small fire.
  20. I still do not see his uploaded file. Maybe there was a glitch with dropbox....
