Having trouble reading the Strategic Command - Global Conflict User Manual online. Yeah I'm old, and would really appreciate a .pdf or MS Word .doc. So far 2 beginner 1939 games and the world is speaking German and Japanese. Having difficulty understanding how to capture or use ports. Playing as Allies, USA, was able to declare war on Portugal then landed Special Forces by amphibious transport, to capture the Azores. Are there other ways? Tried using scripts... I had turned on, i.e. checked the box to have UK lease Azores which was OK but USA could not enter with transports. Any help woul be appreciated. Thanks,
